1 cup sugar 2 each envelopes unflavored gelatine 0.666667 cups Cold water 0.666667 cups strained, fresh squeezed lemon juice, few drops yellow food coloring (optional) |

| Directions: | ||
| In saucepan, combine sugar and gelatine; add water and heat, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatine. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Pour into 2-1/2 to 3-cup mold or bowl and chill until set, about 4 hours. |
