6 eggs 1 can Pumpkin 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups milk 1 package pillsbury pie crusts |

| Preheat over to 425 degrees. In your KitchenAid (or with another mixer) beat the eggs. Then add in the can of pumpkin and continue to mix. In a seperate mixing bowl, blend the sugar-nutmeg-cinnamon and salt together. add the dry mixture slowly to the pumpkin and eggs. Slowly add in the milk and mix until well blended. Greas two pie pans and lay crusts out according to directions. Pour half of the pie mixture into each of the pans. Bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then drop the oven temperature to 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Bake time is 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
