Description: This recipe goes way back to when I was a child. It is the ONLY pumpkin pie I will eat! Get ready for an indescribably rich, spicy, gingerbread like pie! Eat chilled with whipped cream.

Ingredients:
2 cups roasted pumpkin flesh OR canned
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 medium eggs
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon powdered nutmeg
2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
2  pie crust (9 inch) -- unbaked
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Pour into pie shells and bake 45 minutes or until pie looks solid and cracks start to form. Let cool completely before eating.
