Ingredients:
10 each ready-to-use cr?pes or prepared cr?pes, Fresh Orange Ice Cream, sliced natural almonds
3 tablespoon orange marmalade
3 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
3 each Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut into quarter-cartwheel slices
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together marmalade and orange liqueur.

Add orange slices and toss gently; chill

To fill each crêpe, with brown side down, spoon and about 3 heaping tablespoons of ice cream along center of pancake; fold in ends and roll up

Place each filled crêpe on tray or plate in freezer as completed

Freeze until firm

To serve, place each filled crêpe on individual dessert dish

Spoon over some of orange sauce mixture

Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
