0.5 tablespoon slivered fresh mint 4 each to 6 Cup of mixed melon balls or cubes, pinch of cinnamon (optional) 2 each slices of ginger 2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice |

| Directions: | ||
| 1.Bring orange juice, cinnamon, and ginger slices to a boil over medium heat. Continue to boil until juice reduce to 1/2-3/4 of it's original amount. Remove from heat and discard ginger slices. Let cool. 2. In a shallow pan arrange fruit and pour juice over. Chill for at least 2 hours to overnight. 3.Transfer fruit to a serving bowl. Pour juice over the top and garnish with slivered mint. |
