Ingredients:
1 package Lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 C warm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 C orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1/2 C to 1 c heavy cream
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add sugar, juice, rind, and chill until syrupy. Fold in cream, whipped until thick. Chill.
