2 each Sunkist® Oroblancos or Melogolds, peeled, sectioned 2 each Sunkist® oranges , peeled, sectioned 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 0.5 teaspoon coconut extract (optional) 0.5 tablespoon toasted shredded coconut |

| In a bowl, place Oroblanco or Melogold and orange sections. Sprinkle with sugar, ginger, and coconut extract. Toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. To serve, sprinkle with toasted coconut. |
