1 cup egg whites 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup applesauce 2 cups canned pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |

| Spray jelly roll pan with oil. Mix all wet ingredients together, then all dry ingredients. Fold dry into wet and pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. | ||
