Ingredients:
4  eggs - beaten
3 1/2 cups Del Monte Pumpkin
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
4 tablespoon hot butter
1 3/4 cup hot milk
Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly, add the pumpkin (large can makes 2 pies), sugar, salt, and spices. Mix well. Add the melted butter and the hot milk. Stir thoroughly. Pour into uncooked pastry shells. Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the pie filling is set the the crust is nicely browned.
