Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 cups chopped raw apples
1 cup oil
2  eggs (beaten)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Sift the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder. Add in the apples, oil, egs and walnuts.

Batter will be stiff. Mix by hand.

Bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch pan.
