Ingredients:
0.5 cup raisins
0.25 cup sugar
1 dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups soy milk
0.5 cup white rice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in bowl and place in 1-1/2 quart lightly oiled ovenproof dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 3 hours, or until the pudding sets.
