1/2 tsp vanilla exctract
12 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour before serving in wine glasses, shot glasses or champagne flutes. Garnish each serving with a dollop of sour cream and a blueberry.

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. You may need to use your tamper or spatula, scrape the sides of the blender and pulse a few times. This mixture gets very thick.Spoon into glasses and chill for a couple of hours before serving. YUM!

Directions:
Get a bowl. Mix the nutella and peanut butter together. Then slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Take a cracker, spread the chocolaty peanut butter on, and put a slice of strawberry on top!
5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

1 pieces egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons chocolate chips...
1 pinch (a small splash)...
1 large coffee mug...
3 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to nug, and mix well.Add the egg and mix throughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwavve and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (This can serve 2 of want to feel slightly more virtuous).

Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cocoa, milk and butter together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Take off stove and add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by spoonful on a cookie sheet and refrigerate.

Place the unopened can of fruit in the freezer until solid (approximately 24 hours; can may bulge slightly). Submerge the unopened frozen can in very hot tap water for 1 minute.Open the can and pour any thawed syrup into a food processor bowl fitted with a steel blade. Remove the frozen fruit from the can; carefully cut into 8 chunks.
Put the frozen fruit chunks into the food processor; add ginger root. Process until smooth, scraping blade and bowl as needed.
