Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Gently whisk egg yolks with sweetened milk in a bowl until combined well.
Add juice and zest, whisking until thick and creamy.
Pour filling into crust and bake in middle of oven 15 minutes.
Cool pie completely on rack before chilling, covered, for at least 8 hours.
Filling will thicken as pie cools.
