Ingredients:	1 tsp vanilla extract 0.5 cup sour cream 1 each egg 1.5 cups sugar 1 cup butter 0.5 tsp nutmeg 0.5 tsp salt 0.5 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 4 cups flour
Directions:	1. mix all dry ingredients except sugar 2. cream sugar and butter in a separate bowl. add egg 3. add sour cream and vanilla 4. add the dry mixture 5. roll out dough to a 1/4 in thickness 6. cut out shapes and place on a cookie tray. bake at 375Ã‚Â° for 10-12 minutes
