Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 each medium onion -- chopped
3 each cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1 cup brown rice -- uncooked
1 cup frozen peas
0.5 teaspoon turmeric
0.25 teaspoon salt -- or more to taste
16 ounces red kidney beans -- cooked
6 each artichoke hearts -- quartered (1 can), Tabasco sauce -- to taste
Directions:
Cook rice.

Heat oil in large skillet and cook onion and garlic until crisp/tender, about 4 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients, and heat 5-10 minutes, until peas are tender.
