1 package 7-8oz soba noodles or 1/2 pkg of 16oz wheat linguine 1 package 16oz frozen edamame veggie blend 1/2 cup bottled peanut sauce |

| Bring a 6qt pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles as pacage directs, adding frozen veggies 2 mins before noodles willbe done. Cook 2 mins or until noddles and veggies are tender. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water. Drain noodles and veggies in colander Return to pot. Add peanut sauce and little reserved cooking water: toss to coat. Garnish with chopped cilantro and peanuts if desired |
