3 each ripe Fresh California Avocados, sliced in half 0.5 pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined, and boiled in seasoned water 1 cup mayonnaise 1 each clove garlic, finely chopped 1 each small onion, finely chopped 1 each dill pickle, finely chopped 1 teaspoon tarragon 1 teaspoon Dry mustard 0.5 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon black pepper |

| 1. Place avocado halves on pretty plate upside down on assorted lettuce, season with salt and pepper. 2. Sauce: 3. Combine sauce and let sit for 1 hour. 4. Cut up shrimp in nice size and put in sauce. 5. Serve this on top of avocado halves and garnish with green and black olives. Slice limes in half and wrap each half in colored net and tie with a tiny ribbon and place on plate. |
