Ingredients:
0.6875 cup hot tapwater
2 teaspoon (1 pkg. yeast), dash sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
0.25 cup olive oil, pinches of oregano, basil, rosemary, minced garlic
0.25 cup Prego traditional red sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
0.5 cups mozzarella cheese
1 each avocado
0.75 cup goat cheese (feta)
0.75 cup cooked hamburger
1 each sliced tomato, dash basil
Directions:
1. Crust: Mix water, yeast, dash sugar, and olive oil. In separate bowl, mix flour and salt, add to liquids. Mix well, knead 10-15 min., place in greased bowl, cover, and double
2. Then, roll out dough and brush with olive oil mixed with basil, rosemary, oregano, and garlic. Spread on Prego sauce, then the stewed tomatoes, and then the mozzarella. Place the avocados, goat cheese, hamburger, and tomatoes on top and sprinkle basil over whole pizza. Bake for approx. 15 min.
