4 tablespoon freshly squeezed Sunkist® orange juice 0.5 each Sunkist® oranges grated peel 0.25 cups butter or margarine, melted 1 cup finely crushed crackers or corn or tortilla chips 1 teaspoon paprika 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 each lbs. chicken drumsticks |

| In a shallow dish, combine the peel, juice, and butter. In a second dish, combine crushed crackers, paprika, and seasoned salt. Dip the chicken in the butter mixture; then coat it with cracker mixture. Arrange chicken on a rack in a shallow baking pan; loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400° F for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender. |
