1 each medium sour cabbage 5 each oz/150 gram smoked bacon, cubed 5 each oz/150 gram hot dogs cut in pieces 5 each oz/150 gram smoked salami, cubed 2 tablespoons lard, pepper |

| Directions: | ||
| Julienne the cabbage. If it is too sour or too salty, wash it. Fry it in hot lard, together with small cubes of bacon, salami and hot dogs. Fry and keep stirring and adding a tablespoon or two of water and pepper. When everything is fried, put in the oven for half an hour. | ||
