Ingredients:
2 each lbs/1 kg boiled beef
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
0.5 teaspoon sugar, salt
Directions:
Cut the cold meat in bite sizes, place on a platter and cover with the following sauce: mix the horseradish sauce with the vinegar, sugar and salt. Add sour cream and mix well.
