1 package sliced mushrooms 2 clove garlic 3 egg whites 1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided 1/3 cup parmesan cheese divided 1 package manicotti shells cooked and drained 2 cup spaghetti sauce 1 package ricotta cheese |

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large nonstick skittlet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook 5 mins on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remvoe from heat. Beat egg whites lightly in medium bowl. Add mushroom mixture, spinach, ricotta cheese adn half of each of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses; mix well. Spoon evenly into manicotti sheels. Place in 13x9inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake 40 mins or until heated through. Top woth the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses; continue baking 5 mins or until mozzaralle cheese is melted. | ||
