1.5 cups frozen corn kernals 1.5 cups regular soy milk 2 tablespoon Tahini (optional), handful of raw cashews (optional) 1 tablespoon onion granules 1 teaspoon salt, spices of your choice 1 each lb Fettucini |

| Directions: | ||
| Thaw corn kernels. Place corn, soy milk, tahini, cashews, spices and salt into a blender and process untill smooth. This will take about 3 to 4 minutes. Oh yeah, cook up some pasta while doing this. Place sauce into a sauce pan and warm over medium low. Stir, stir, stir. I like to add chopped mushrooms to the sauce while it heats up. When the pasta is done, pour the Alfmurder sauce over the pasta and add some pepper. Serve HOT. I really recommend the cashews, it gives it a nice buttery flavor with out the butter and bad stuff. |
