3 cups peeled, finely chopped tomatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs) 4 tablespoon olive oil 2 each cloves garlic, finely minced 0.75 each t salt (or to taste) 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil, pinch oregano, freshly ground black pepper, several drops lemon juice 1 each lb. angel hair pasta |

| Place tomatoes in a large bowl and mix with olive oil, garlic, salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Allow to mainate at room temp for two hours. Add lemon juice. Serve over hot pasta. |
