Ingredients:
38 OZ enchilada sauce
1 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese - shredded
16 each corn tortillas
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In a 13X9 baking dish, place a little shredded cheese into each tortilla and roll.

Pour enchilada sauce over enchilladas. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 min or until bubbly.
