Description: Vegetable pasta bake (vegetarian) add mince beef or chicken if preferred
Time: 1 hr (30 min to prepare, 30 min to cook)

Ingredients:
200  gram Pasta
1  red pepper
2  cloves of garlic
1  onion
2  sticks of celery
1  carrot
20  gram cheese
2 can chopped tomatoes
1  vegetable stock cube
Directions:
Put a pan of boiling water on, then add pasta for 10 - 15 minutes
Add oil in a frying pan (cook meat now if required) add the garlic, onion, celery and the carrot.
after you have fried the veg. add the 2 cans of tomatoes and vegetable stock cube.
put pasta in an ovenproof dish
then cover in sauce and then with grated cheese and cook for 30 minutes
Notes:
can serve up to 7 as dish is massive
