Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 OZ canned green chilies, drained and divided
10 OZ canned tomato soup
3/4 cup salsa
16 OZ canned kernal corn
2 1/4 OZ canned chopped olives
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 slices American cheese, halved diagonally
4 each corn muffins, 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup sour cream, Topping
2 teaspoons lime Juice, chopped jalapenos, & 1 tbsp reserved green chilies-add to sour cream
Directions:
In medium skillet, brown ground beef with green onions, Reserve 2 tbsps chilies for Mexican Sour Cream Topping, if desired.

Stir in remaining chilies, tomato soup, salsa, corn, olives, Worchestershire sauce, chili cowder, and garlic powder until well blended.

Place in 2-qt casserole dish. Top with cheese, then evenly spread muffin cubes over cheese.

Bake at 350 F for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with Mexican Sour cream Topping, if desired.

MEXICAN SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

Combine: 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp reserved chilies, 2 tsp chopped jalapeno peppers, and 2 tsp lime juice.
