1 lb extra lean ground beef 1 package taco seasoning (1/25 oz size) 2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sour cream 7 OZ can diced green chiles 11 OZ bag tortilla chips (baked will NOT work) 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup sliced green onions |

| In medium skillet, brown meat, drain fat. Add taco seasoning. In small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture; bring to boil to slighly thicken liquid. Stir in sour cream and chiles. In 13 x 9 inch lightly greased baking dish, place 1/2 of the chips. Crunch them down. Top with 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onions. Layer again with the remaining ingredients, ending with green onions. Bake uncovered in 375 degree over for 20 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting. |
