Ingredients:
6 each tomatoes -- peeled & chopped, uncooked penne pasta
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Grated lemon rind
0.75 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt, and drain.

Cook tomatoes in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring gently, 2 minutes.
Add pasta, dill, and remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring often, just until thoroughly heated.

Serve immediately.
