Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cup tomato juice
15 OZ can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 OZ can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (topping)
1 cup sour cream (topping)
1/2 cup sliced green onions (topping)
Directions:
In 6-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook beef, green bell pepper, onion, chili powder and pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat.

Add tomato juice, kidney beans and great northenr beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 20 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.

Serve with toppings above, if desired.
