Ingredients:
2 each packages of your favorate firm Tofu (Akumaya works the best)
1 each green or red bell pepper
4 teaspoon of red pepper
1 can of tomato sauce
1 package of Chili mix, Veggie Oil
2 each to 4 cloves of garlic
Directions:
Chop the tofu up into small 1/2" cubes.
Heat the vegetable oil up in a stirfry pan, then toss in the Tofu and garlic.
Let cook for 3-5 minutes, while stirring, then mix in the bell pepper (chopped up really good), red pepper, and the pressed garlic.

Allow everything to mix together for a good 5 minutes.

Once the tofu is fried, follow the directions on the back of the chili mix, replacing the meat with the Tofu.

It may call for beans, you may add those if you wish.
Don't use chopped tomatoes, use the sauce, but you can add the chopped in also if you wish.
