2 tablespoon Vegetable oil 1 each large onion, chopped 1 each small green pepper, chopped 2 each cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chili powder 0.5 teaspoon cumin 1 cups V8 1 can (16 oz.) black or kidney beans 1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans |

| In saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, chili powder and cumin and cook until onion is tender. Add vegetable juice. Heat to boiling. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add beans. Heat through. |
