1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan.2. Mix chicken and about ½ the bottle of chicken wing sauce and make that your next layer.
3. Then spread at least ½ to 2/3 of the blue cheese dressing on top of that, then top it all with the mozzarella.
4. Bake it till it’s bubbly and warmed through (350 degrees). Ta-da!!!! I serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

Remove seeds and rind from cantaloupe. (You should have approximately ½ pound cantaloupe flesh.) Chop cantaloupe into very small diced pieces. Put in diced cantaloupe into a bowl. Add diced red pepper, cilantro, scallions and lime juice. Stir. Add pinch of salt and pepper flakes. Chill. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or steaks.

Peel and empty pumpkin, then cube and place in large saucepan. Cover with maple syrup (just enough for some cubes to come out of liquid) and drop in cinnamon stick. It may require more or less than one can maple syrup depending on size of pumpkin. Cover and simmer on low heat until pumpkin is done (breaks down with a fork). Cool, remove cinnamon and blend with hand blender to render smooth. Keep in fridge or can in sterilized mason jars.

Directions:
Put the almonds into your food processor until rustically chopped.Mix in the remaining ingredients until you get a nice thick consistency. You might to add a bit more water. I keep it pretty chunky and rough.
Add in more lime juice, ginger and seasoning to taste. I like mine with quite a bit of kick so I tend to be a bit more heavy handed with the ginger, lime juice and sea salt.
Slather on crackers, serve with veggies chips, or top raw tacos. YUM...
