Ingredients:
3 each cloves garlic
0.25 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon paprika
0.125 teaspoon pepper
1 each (19 oz) can chickpeas, drained
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature with pita chips, crackers, carrots or other dipping vegetables.
