Ingredients:
2 each mangos, peeled and diced
10 each tomatillos, husked and sliced
1 each jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
0.25 cup lime juice
0.25 cup diced onion
0.25 cup chopped cilantro
0.5 cup diced tomatoes
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and let sit for at least 2 hours before serving.
