Ingredients:
2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
0.75 cup Walla Walla sweet onion
0.75 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
0.25 cup chopped and seeded jalapeno chilies
0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 each large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar, pinch of salt
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate, covered at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Stir before serving.
