Directions:
In large glass container, combine pineapple, orange, lemon and lime juices, sugar and mint leaves; stir to dissolve sugar.Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove mint leaves with slotted spoon and discard.
To serve, pour into large punch bowl; add remaining ingredients. Garnish with half-cartwheel slices of oranges, lemons and/or limes and additional mint leaves, if desired.

With a vegetable parer, peel the oranges in continuous spirals, removing the outer colored layer of peel only.
