4 cups water 1 cup Honey 1 each unit ginger root, approximately 4", thinly sliced (leave the skin) 1 each unit basil, approximately 15-20 leaves with stems (save a few for garnish) 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 each Sunkist® lemon - fresh squeezed juice 4 cups water or sparkling water |

| On low heat, simmer the water, honey, ginger and basil for about 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. Strain base into pitcher and immediately add blueberries. Bruise the berries with a spoon while stirring, allowing the mixture to steep. Add the fresh-squeezed lemon juice and water and serve over ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and basil leaves. |
