Ingredients:
3 tablespoon Strawberry preserves
0.5 cup nonfat, 1% or soymilk
2 cup Strawberries (fresh works best but frozen is fine)
3 each ice cubes
2 each scoops plain, vanilla, or strawberry soy protein powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend at high speed for about a minute (time will be longer if using frozen strawberries).
Serve immediately.
