2 pieces oranges 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half 1 cup fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup pomegranate juice concentrate 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1 qt cold calorie-free seltzer |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Cut oranges into 10 slices, leaving peel intact. 2. Place the orange slices on a cookie sheet and freeze for 30 to 40 minutes. 3. Pack the berries, grapes, and mint leaves into eachof two ice cube trays. Fill each tray with water and freeze utnil solid. 4. Pour all juices into a large pitcher and stir. 5. When ready to serve, add frozen orange slices, ice cubes, and seltzer. |
