Ingredients:
3 cups boiling water
6 each tea bags
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
0.75 cups sugar
3 cups Cold water
3 each Sunkist® lemons –juice, ice cubes
8 each lemon cartwheel slices (see recipe) Or use 2 family size tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose tea
Directions:
Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and mint. Cover and steep for 5 minutes; strain.
In a large pitcher, combine the tea and sugar; stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the cold water and lemon juice; cool. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
Garnish with lemon cart-wheel slices.
