Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
0.5 cup diced strawberries
1 each sliced bannana
2 tablespoon sweetner of choice(eg. maple syrup, honey, sugar, ect)
0.125 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Directions:
In the blender, combine ingredients and blend till smooth and creamy

This shake is best after chilling for a while in freezing compartment of refrigerator and before bannana turns off colour.
