Ingredients:
1 each Peeled Banana, Frozen Strawberries
0.5 each to 3/4 cup of orange juice
Directions:
A great and simple one.
It's a wonderful breakfast shake, but good anytime of the day.
Just take one of those boxes of Mori Nu tofu
(you find them in the produce section)
and drain some of the excess water out of it.
Dump it into the blender.
Add a big handful of frozen strawberries
(the kind that come unsweetened in a bag),
and one peeled banana.
Fill up the blender
(but leave a little room for it to blend)
with about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of orange juice and blend till smooth.
Add more orange juice if it's too thick
