2 cups home made raw cashew milk 1 cup overfilled stewed organic apples or unsweetened pure organic applesauce 3 tablespoons agave, or more to taste 2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 pinch Celtic sea salt 1 tablespoon non GM lecithin (optional) |

| Throw everything in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add in some more sweetener to taste, and if you want a creamier smoothie, put in some non GM lecithin. But I don’t think it needs it. ENJOY! | ||
