Ingredients:
2 each 10-oz packages silken regular or low-fat tofu
16 each oz. vanilla soymilk
1 tablespoon plus 1 t. vanilla extract
0.25 cup sugar (or sucanat?)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
0.25 teaspoon ground tumeric
0.5 each to 1 cup rum or brandy (nonalcoholic flavoring?) nutmeg to taste
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.

Serve well-chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
