Ingredients:
0.5 each medium watermelon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
30 each gram sugar, Fresh mint sprigs, Finely sliced orange peel
Directions:
Use a small round scoop to shape the melon flesh into balls.
Put them into a bowl and carefully stir in the lemon juice and sugar.
Chill for at least half an hour before serving.
Serve in individual bowls, garnishing each bowl with a sprig or two of mint and some finely sliced orange peel.
