Directions:
On low heat, simmer the water, honey, ginger and basil for about 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.Strain juice only into pitcher.
After straining base, immediately add blueberries while the mixture is still hot.
Bruise the berries with a spoon while stirring, allowing the mixture to steep. Cool the mixture
Add the freshly-squeezed Sunkist lemon juice and water and serve over ice.
Garnish with a slice of Sunkist lemon and basil leaves.

1 quart carbonated water
Directions:
Bring sugar and 1/4 cup water to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.Press watermelon with back of a spoon through a fine, wire-mesh strainer, discarding pulp.
Combine watermelon juice, sugar syrup, and lemon juice in a 2 quart pitcher.
Chill.
Add carbonated water to juice mixture just before serving; serve over ice.
