Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken and garlic for 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink inside.2. Stir in water, cooking wine and contents of Spice Sack: bring to boil.
3. Stir in Near East couscous and broccoli: cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese and tomatoes right before serving.

Directions:
Bring water to a boil and cook the orzo until tender but firm to the bite, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop from cooking. Transfer to a large bowl.When the orzo is cool, mix orzo, tomatoes, feta, green onions, pine nuts and garlic expressions dressing until well coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss in the parsley and basil. Serve at room temperature.
