Directions:
To make one portion:Combine ½ cup Sunkist fresh-squeezed tangerine juice and ½ teaspoon dill in very small saucepan.
Bring liquid to a boil, then simmer and reduce to half of the original amount. Hold warm.
Season 3 scallops with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in small skillet over high heat.

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C.Grease a shallow baking tray.
Rub the margarine into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Peel, core and grate the apples.
Mix the apples and sugar with the mixture, add a little milk to make a firm but dry mixture.
Spread the mixture in the tray and bake for about half an hour.
Allow to cool, cut into squares and serve as cake.
