Directions:
Slice or cube potatoes (I like to cut them like French fries).Place chicken on top of potatoes in a baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients and pour the mixture over chicken and potatoes, making sure to coat it thoroughly.
Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles
